On Tuesday August 22nd Elle played in her 2nd soccer game. Elle's coach is trying the girls out at different positions right now and will finalize what they do later. Elle's team played a Lindon team. Elle started the game at forward and scored the teams first goal. Liana said it was a beautiful kick from about 20 yards out that went right over the goalies head. She finished the game at goalie and made some really nice saves. Elle's team ended up winning the game 3-1.
On Thursday the story was a little different. The Shooters played a team that had been together for a couple of years. It was obvious that they had worked together for some time. Elle played both defender and goalie. We lost 7-1. Elle was disappointed but realized the team needed to work together better.
